MALLORCA MICE 

(MEETINGS/INCENTIVES/CONVENTIONS/EVENTS)

DAY 1

Arrivals, meeting with our representatives at airport Hospitality desk and bus transfer to selected hotel.

Hospitality welcome at hotel and free leisure.

Dinner: Could be at the same hotel restaurant or walking distance from the selected hotel f.e. in a typical Mallorquin restaurant.

DAY 2

Full day program: Car tour arround the island in Mini Coopers, 2 persons per car, so we would go away with 5 cars in this case. Tour leader would be from in2tours. Lunch during the tour. During this excursion we may stop at Valldemossa and visit the town and some other highlights.

Arriving time at hotel will be around 17:00.

Dinner: Evening of tapas dinner in the old town at selected restaurant.

DAY 3

Full day program: Cultural day, during the morning visit of the highlights of PALMA CITY such as the Catedral and the Bellver Castle. Lunch at a tipical fish restaurant next to the harbour and afternoon guide schopping tour.

Evening for free leisure or Dinner and nice location.

DAY 4

Full day program: Day at the Sea and relax. Transfer from hotel to our selected sailing or motor board. Lunch on board and return to hotel a 17:00 aprox. Evening last dinner and free leisure at Palma's night life.

DAY 5

Breakfast at hotel.

Departures: Transfers coach to airport.
